At Trousdale Consulting, we bring extensive experience transitioning from hands-on construction roles to leadership in development, giving us the unique advantage of being a consultancy with a deep understanding of construction—the largest expense in any project. With expertise in construction estimating, project management, scheduling, budgeting and supervision, the firm is led by a professional who has served as Director of Design & Construction at the globally recognized sbe, managing over $500 million in assets.

Our diverse portfolio includes 5-star hotels like Nobu Palo Alto, iconic restaurants for the Mastro’s Group, luxury homes for high-profile clients in Beverly Hills and Lake Tahoe’s Billionaires Row, as well as a 122-unit mixed-use project in LA’s Arts District.
